Constantly having to search for my son’s medication has been such a struggle - I’ve dealt with numerous rude (local, sadly) pharmacies. From my first call, to subsequent interactions with the employees of Auburn Pharmacy - Your pharmacy sets the customer service bar insanely high, and more businesses could benefit from shadowing y’all! I’ve never been to a pharmacy that is full of happy, down to Earth employees. The pharmacist was so patient with my questions too. Thank you all for easing my worries and being so incredibly nice.

Chris, Nicole and their staff are top notch! They always offer a smile and a kind word when you come in the pharmacy no matter how busy they are. Chris found me a pharmacy coupon that drastically cuts the cost of my medicine. He is always helpful in doing what’s best for his patrons. Nicole does such a wonderful job with the gift shop. I always end up spending way more than I went in to do because she has such cool items! You will not ever regret starting or switching to them.

I switched from CVS to Auburn Pharmacy over two years ago, and I'll never go back. Chris, Nicole, and their staff have been so helpful to my family and me. During my pregnancy, when I found out I had gestational diabetes, I was a nervous wreck. On my trip to the pharmacy to pick up my first prescription of test strips and needles, Nicole gave me a much-needed pep talk and Chris answered my many questions. On each trip, they remembered me and asked about my health and my unborn baby's health. Since my daughter's birth, I have come to appreciate them even more. They fill prescriptions so fast that I can literally drive from the pediatrician to the pharmacy, around a ten-minute drive, and they are ready. This is especially helpful when my little one is sick and wants to go home. After leaving my daughter's sick appointment today, I called and spoke to Chris about an over-the-counter medicine that her nurse practitioner recommended she use. He was patient and happily answered my questions. I asked if I could use the drive-through to pick it up so I didn't have to get my sick baby out and about, and he had it ready for me when I pulled up to the window. Auburn Pharmacy is a special place, and I sincerely thank them for their service to our community.

Nicole and Chris are absolutely amazing along with the entire staff. They go above and beyond in everything they do. I have always had extremely pleasant experiences everytime I visit. They have become my go to pharmacy and will continue. Go see them for all your pharmacy needs.
