There are many aspects that I appreciate about Enlighten, however, I have had two negative customer service experiences recently that prompted this review. My first experience occurred when I placed an order through the Weed maps app. I went to the ATM to get cash. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that there was an advertising problem with the platform and they would not honor the published promotion. I tried to respond, but was cut short with a terse, "thank you for your understanding". It was unprofessional, inconsiderate and just poor customer service. Today, I attempted to use a coupon found on the back of a Carrs receipt. There were two offers, one for a new customer and one for existing customers. Yes, I am a returning customer, but I requested to use the new customer deal in consideration of my past experience. I understand I am not entitled to this discount, but in an industry where loyalty can be profitable, I would expect some understanding from the business of how the customer was adversely affected in the transaction and how it could prompt some frustration and potentially change in consumer behavior. The guy on the phone was very pleasant and understanding, but it was a firm no after speaking with who I assume to be the manager or owner and it didn't appear to be up for further discussion. I canceled my order and I will shop at Raspberry Roots moving forward. I hope this post resonates with some of you and perhaps you will make alternative choices when shopping moving forward.

My absolute favorite dispensary here in Anchorage. The bud quality is amazing and gives a smooth smoke session. The staff are incredibly courteous and friendly. The location itself is clean and organized, and very welcoming. 10/10 from me. :))

Excellent products and always has variety on sale. Cash or card taken here which I love. Even though they have an ATM you can pay with a card and avoid the hassle and fees at the ATM.
