Cannabaska Downtown
Great experience form the ladies majority of the time! I just walked in today and was looking to be helped and I walked up there was two workers behind the counter I walked up and one worker she was helping the Person in-front of me and the guy looks at me and does not greet me and I stand there for a minute. He tells the other worker “ I am leaving” So I walk out because obviously I was not welcomed. I then get in my car to leave and he does not even make to the sidewalk and walks back in. It is possible that I am overthinking it, but I think in basic retail someone is giving you their money you should want to say “hello or Hi give me one moment she will be right with you!” I absolutely love what you sale and all of your workers are amazing but he has ignored for the second time. Maybe it’s because I am queer! Overall I am just uncomfortable, but I do know that there is 60 thousand other dispensaries and I can shop other places!

Just had the most delightful experience over at our local downtown CannaBaska! I kind of was in panic mode this morning well straight up I was in panic mode. My vape cartridge was not working properly this morning. Which is the first time I have ever had to deal with this kind of problem. And of course I had no spare buds on me just that little Vape cartridge. And so I brought my vape cartridge over there too the place I bought it from. And the lady helped me to get it working again! I know it seems like such a simple thing. However it meant the world to me at the time.

Massive shout out to Jess at the downtown location ! I walked in and (accidently) had her weigh out like six different strains only to ultimately buy the surprise seventh thing after 15 mins of her time wasted. While most would have been annoyed, she smiled the entire encounter and very genuinely assured me (multiple times) that this was one of the aspects of her job that she enjoyed most and that I wasn't being bothersome (though it was 11:10 and I totally was). In addition to a lovely instore experience, she sent me home with an Oz of absolute gas for a solid price(: I usually shop elsewhere and happened to just be strolling thru because it was the only late night option but I'll def be back to shop with her. Cannabaska has great deals and a great loyalty program. Jessica at the downtown location is really nice and helpful and knowledgeable about their products. If you don't know where to grab some flower, edibles, or concentrates, choose Cannabaska!

The blonde up front offers deals they don't have and people act like we are wasting their time. I get they must interact with a lot of bums but when one personally spends around 200 a week, a little customer service goes a long way. 3 times at least have we come in to find zero deals or deals but no inventory. The guard's cool, and the brown girl at least knew what deals were. Won't recommend unless you ok with full price on whatever is at hand.
